In January 2019 we conducted another meeting with a team of our collaborators from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Zagreb. We also took some time to prepare and organize bones for sampling for the purposes of stable isotope analysis. From the big archive of full blood and sera samples collected from brown bears in the last three decades, we selected a share for planned analyses of tick-borne pathogens.
