In June and July of 2019 we spent few weeks in our ecophysiological laboratory, preparing and processing bear hair samples for cortisol analysis. We are fully equipped to prepare keratinous tissues up to the stage of powder that is ready for extraction and assay. Since 2014 we have been collaborating with the laboratory of prof. David Janz in Saskatoon, where our powdered samples are sent to, extracted and assayed for cortisol concentration.
